Delivery Information

We are not an express mail order company nor do we use dropshipping services. Care and precision is utmost with each and every order we receive and we have a well established system in place for handling orders placed by customers by phone or in-store which we have applied to the receipt of orders over the Internet.

We have had many happy customers over the past two years - so we must be doing something right!

We aim to ship orders for stocked and UK supplied items within 10 - 14 days of receipt of order.

However, due to demand and product  availability at the UK warehouse, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Any items which are out of stock will have to be ordered in from the US, therefore we cannot give accurate delivery predictions until items are released from customs and unpacked in the warehouse. As a rough guide - it can take up to 10 days for an order to reach us from the U.S.A.

We usually place a restocking order once a week on a Tuesday morning if items are required from the states - so it would usually be the friday of the following week you could expect your order to arrive by, however we have known it to take longer - so please allow up to the 28 days.

Our current delivery charge to the UK is 2.95. This is applied only once to any UK order, no matter how many items it may contain.
