Returning Items to us:

Returns must be authorised. Unauthorised returns will not normally be processed.

We do not do exchanges. Customers who order the wrong size need to return the item for a refund and then re-order the correct size, so please be sure to check our size guide if there is any doubt of the required size, before ordering.

We will refund the cost of any items returned (with authorisation) within 14 days. If the reason for return is due to an error on our part then we will provide a full refund. If the reason for return is due to customer error then the refund will be nett of Postage and Packing charge (because this has already been incurred).

Returned goods should be sent to the address on the delivery advice. The delivery advice should be included with a note giving the reason for return, so that we know who to refund and why.

Returned goods will not be accepted once they have been worn or washed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
